Michael

Michael's career started in 1997 working in the local pizzeria in Marseille as waiter & commis cook.

It is in 2004 that he decided to move abroad and London was the chosen destination.

He stayed in London for a couple of year working the first year at the Boardwalk club in Soho as Commis waiter/barman and the second as Head Bartender at Bank Restaurant in Covent Garden.

In 2006 He decided to travel further and has worked in Corsica, Canada and China

He then came back in England in December 2006 and worked as Restaurant Supervisor at l'Auberge in West Clandon ,Surrey for a year.
 In December 2007  he decided to relocate in Scotland. And for the past 5 and half years he has worked in top Scottish establishments such as The Plumed Horse, The Kitchin and more lately at La Garrigue where he spent a year and half as Restaurant Manager.
 
In February 2013 he was appointed Restaurant Manager at the 2 Michelin Stars Gidleigh Park hotel in Devon where he spent few great months before coming back in Scotland to open Bistro Provence.
