Michael, the owner is from Marseille and has always been passionate about the food of his native region. Whilst being French, The restaurant is mostly inspired of the Provence and Michael Designed the menu around it.

Provencal food is rich in colour and taste, quite light as butter and cream are often replaced by olive oil, garlic, parsley, Thyme and many more southern flavours.

The selection of dishes offered is decent but far to be as big as most restaurants.  Michael decided to emphasise on the quality and wanted to be able to change the lunch menu weekly and the evening Menu seasonally.

We will also have special dishes regularly and a menu degustation every evening where you will be able to sample creativity as it will change daily .

We are using the freshest ingredients available and most of our herbs, olive oil and spices are coming directly from the South of France.
